MONTEREY, Calif. February 20, 2008 — On February 21, 2008, Ken Boyd, Past Rotary District Governor of 5230, will be speaking on various programs offered by Rotary International at Embassy Suites at 5:15 p.m. for the Rotary Club of Monterey Pacific.
